Tanya Edwards began her career at 17 in West End’s The Lion King, leading to roles in Sister Act, Motown as Diana Ross, Hairspray, and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical. She toured with Soul II Soul alongside Jazzie B and Caron Wheeler, performing on Jools Holland, at the MOBO Awards, Afro Punk New York, and their 30th Anniversary tour. Tanya has also starred in The Book of Mormon, Dirty Dancing, and Aretha Franklin’s Respect Songbook. Now, she continues to shine, bringing her powerhouse vocals to global stages.
